Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. oil (Crisco)
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. salt
    2 c. grated zucchini
    1 1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Beat eggs and sugar well.
    Add oil and vanilla; beat.
    Add remaining dry ingredients.
    Blend.
    Fold in zucchini and nuts. Bake in greased and floured loaf pans (2) at 350\u00b0 for about 1 hour.
