Old-Time Bread Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 slices toast, buttered
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    1 c. evaporated milk
    1/8 tsp. salt
    4 tsp. sugar
    1/8 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 c. raisins
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 c. boiling water
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Place buttered toast, which has been cut into squares, in a greased 1 1/2-quart baking dish.
    Sprinkle raisins over toast. Mix together eggs, 1/4 cup sugar, milk, boiling water, salt, vanilla and nutmeg.
    Pour over toast and raisins; sprinkle 4 teaspoons sugar and 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes.
