Ingredients

1 cube butter or margarine, soft
3 1/2 c. flour
2 egg yolks
1 small box sour cream (about 2 c.)
1 pkg. dry yeast
1 whole egg
1/4 c. lukewarm water
3 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Beat eggs.
Add butter, sour cream and vanilla.
Add yeast to water and let dissolve.
Add to egg mixture.
Add flour and work in.
Roll up and refrigerate for 2 hours.
Roll dough into rectangular shape using granulated sugar on board instead of flour.
Roll a little thicker than pie crust.
Cut into strips and twist, put on cookie sheet in oven at 350\u00b0 until very light brown. Will get very crisp.
Bake about 10 minutes.
