Here'S-To-Your-Health Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 1/2 c. all-purpose or unbleached flour
    3 c. whole wheat flour
    1 c. uncooked oats
    1/2 c. wheat germ
    2 pkg. active dry yeast
    2 tsp. salt
    2 1/2 c. hot tap water (120~ to 130~)
    1 1/2 c. creamed cottage cheese, at room temperature (12 oz.)
    1/2 c. molasses or honey
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 c. raisins
Preparation
    Mix flours and oats.
    Combine 3 cups flour mixture, wheat germ, yeast and salt in large mixing bowl.
    Add water, cottage cheese, molasses (or honey) and oil to flour mixture; beat until smooth, about 3 minutes on high speed of electric mixer.
    Stir in raisins and enough more flour to make a soft dough.
