Zucchini Brownies - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. zucchini, peeled and shredded
2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. cocoa
2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 tsp. soda
1 1/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. oil
1/2 c. nuts (optional)
Preparation

Sift together dry ingredients.
Add zucchini, sugar, oil and nuts.
Mix well.
Spread onto greased and floured 8 x 13-inch cookie sheet.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
Can frost with chocolate frosting, if desired.
