Elegant Oysters - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 (8 oz.) cans oysters
1 (3 1/2 oz.) can French fried onions
1/2 c. half and half
2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
Preparation

Drain oysters thoroughly.
Spread 3/4 cup onion in well-greased dish.
Cover with oysters.
Pour half and half over top.
Combine remaining onions and cheese; sprinkle over top.
Dot with butter.
Bake at 450\u00b0 until lightly browned, 8 to 10 minutes.
