Swedish Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. butter (2 sticks)
    1/2 c. powdered sugar
    1 3/4 c. flour
    1 c. chopped nuts
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Cream butter; add sugar slowly.
    Add flour, chopped nuts and flavoring.
    Roll dough into long rolls on board covered with powdered sugar (may need a little flour).
    Chill rolls.
    When well chilled (or overnight), slice thick, at least 1/2-inch and bake on cookie sheets about 15 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    When done, sprinkle well with powdered sugar.
