3/4 c. milk
3 c. flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
6 c. cooked pumpkin or canned pumpkin
3 eggs, slightly beaten
1 c. sugar
1 c. milk
1/4 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. ginger
Preparation

Spread pumpkin filling over uncooked batter; bake 10 minutes in 450\u00b0 oven.
When cake is cooled, serve topped with whipped cream.
