Banananana Nut Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 3/4 c. flour
2/3 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. margarine
2 1/2 c. mashed bananas
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 1/2 to 2 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation

In a large bowl, mix first 5 ingredients. With pastry blender, cut in margarine.
With fork, stir in bananas and eggs. Stir in nuts.
Spread batter in greased and floured 9 x 5-inch loaf pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 55 to 60 minutes. Cool in pan on wire rack for 10 minutes. Remove from pan and cool on rack.
