Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    3 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. baking soda
    3 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. oil
    2 c. grated zucchini
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
Preparation
    Beat eggs until foamy.
    Add sugar.
    Beat well.
    Add flour. Put salt, baking soda and baking powder into mixture; mix well. Add vanilla and zucchini by folding in.
    Pour into 2 greased and floured 4 1/2 x 8 1/2-inch pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 55 to 60 minutes.
