Carrot Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    3/4 c. vegetable oil
    2 well beaten eggs
    1 1/2 c. self-rising flour
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. grated carrots
    1 c. chopped pecans
    1 c. raisins
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Mix sugar, oil and eggs.
    Sift in flour and cinnamon.
    Add carrots, nuts and raisins.
    Mix well.
    Pour into floured, greased loaf pan.
    Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until done. Freezes well.
    Makes 1 loaf.
