Taco Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    cooking oil
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 1/2 c. onion, diced
    1 c. celery
    1 c. bell pepper
    1 tsp. chili powder
    1 tsp. ground cumin
    1 (8 oz.) can Ro-Tel tomatoes
    1 head lettuce, coarsely cut
    2 large firm tomatoes, diced
    1 large pkg. corn chips, crushed
Preparation
    Brown meat.
    Saute vegetables.
    Simmer meat and vegetables and seasonings.
    In top of double boiler, melt cheese.
    Add tomatoes. Put lettuce and fresh, diced tomatoes in large bowl.
    Add the meat mixture and toss lightly.
    Add corn chips.
    Top with cheese mixture.
    Serve immediately.
