Chili Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. unsalted butter, melted
    3/4 c. sugar
    4 large eggs, beaten
    1/2 c. Anaheim chilies, diced
    1-1/2 c. creamed corn
    1/2 c. grated Monterey Jack or jalapeno cheddar cheese
    1 c. flour
    2 Tbsp. baking powder
    1 c. yellow cornmeal
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Mix dry ingredients and add beaten eggs and other wet ingredients. Pour into 9 x 15 inch baking dish. Bake in preheated 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour.
