Banana Variety Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. butter, softened
    2/3 c. honey
    3 eggs, beaten
    1 c. mashed ripe bananas (about 3 medium bananas)*
    1/3 c. liquid
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/4 c. dry milk or other powder
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    2 c. flour
    chopped nuts (optional)
    peanut M & M's (optional)
Preparation
    Combine butter, honey, beaten eggs and mashed bananas.
    Then add liquid (this can be fruit juice of any kind, a soft drink or even beer).
    Add vanilla and dry milk (substitute chocolate milk powder, hot cocoa mix, Tang or Kool-Aid, if desired).
    Then add baking powder, baking soda and flour.
    Mix all ingredients together with electric mixer.
    If desired, fold in peanut M & M's or chopped nuts by hand.
    Pour batter into a greased loaf pan and bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
