Zucchini Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 c. ground, unpeeled zucchini
    4 c. green onions
    1 c. red bell pepper, ground
    1 c. green bell peppers, ground
    5 Tbsp. salt
    2 c. vinegar
    3 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. dry mustard or seed
    1 Tbsp. dry turmeric
    2 tsp. celery seed
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
Preparation
    Mix first five ingredients and let stand overnight.
    Drain in running cold water.
    Put in kettle and add next 6 ingredients. Cook over low heat 30 minutes.
    Put in hot sterilized pint jars and seal.
