Pickled Sweet And Sour Vegetables - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium cauliflower
    4 carrots
    2 green peppers
    1 bunch white radishes
    3 qt. water (for blanching)
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. white vinegar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. water
Preparation
    Place water in saucepan and bring to a vigorous boil.
    Add vegetables to water and turn off heat.
    Let vegetables stay in water 2 minutes.
    Drain off water and spread vegetables out to dry.
