Banana Bread For Diabetics - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. oleo
    1/4 c. sugar substitute
    6 eggs, beaten
    6 bananas, mashed
    1/3 c. milk
    4 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. nuts, chopped
Preparation
    Mix all dry ingredients together.
    Mix all wet ingredients, then mix together.
    Makes 2 loaves.
    Bake at 335\u00b0 for 1 hour or until loaves start to pull away from sides of pan.
