Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. squash
    1 small onion diced
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. grated cheese
    1/2 c. Ritz crackers (crushed)
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1/4 c. milk
    1/2 can cream of mushroom soup
Preparation
    Lightly grease 2 qt. baking dish. Mix together all ingredients. Pour into baking dish. Add more cheese and crackers crumbs on top (as much desired) and spoon remaining soup over top. Bake at 350\u00b0 until golden brown.
