Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter
    1 c. sugar
    2 eggs, beaten well
    1 c. mashed bananas
    2 c. sifted flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Cream butter until soft.
    Add sugar, creaming until fluffy. Add eggs and bananas; mix well.
    Sift flour, soda and salt; stir into creamed mixture.
    Stir in nuts.
    Turn into well oiled and lightly floured loaf pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Place pan on rack.
    Cool 10 minutes, then remove from pan.
