Mozzarella Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 1/2-inch round loaf Italian bread
1/4 c. bottled Italian dressing
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
1 (7 oz.) jar roasted red peppers, drained and cut into 1/2-inch strips
Preparation

Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
Line baking sheet or pie plate with foil.
Set aside.
With serrated knife, cut bread into 12 wedges, being careful not to cut all the way through bottom crust.
Place loaf on baking sheet.
Brush cut side of wedges with Italian dressing.
Place cheese and peppers between slices, dividing evenly.
Bake 10 minutes or until cheese melts.
Makes 12 servings.
