Monkey Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 pkg. yeast
    1/4 c. warm water
    1 1/4 c. scalded milk, cooled
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. butter
Preparation
    In a small bowl, mix yeast and water.
    Set aside.
    Mix sugar, butter and eggs.
    Beat as you would a cake.
    Add milk and yeast mixture.
    Gradually add flour and salt.
    Turn out on a floured board and knead until smooth.
    Set in a warm place to rise until it doubles in size.
    Knead again and cut into 48 balls.
    Roll each ball in Coating Mixture.
