Honey Cream Carrots - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (1 lb.) can sliced carrots
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1/8 tsp. ginger
    1/4 c. honey
    1/4 c. sour cream
    2 Tbsp. slivered almonds
Preparation
    Drain carrots.
    Melt butter in pan or microwave.
    Blend in ginger.
    Add carrots, honey and sour cream.
    Cook until carrots are heated.
    Add almonds.
    Serves 4.
