Sharon'S Lemon Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. Lemon Supreme cake mix
    2 eggs
    1/3 c. vegetable oil
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    3/4 c. chopped pecans
    confectioners sugar (to sprinkle)
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0. Grease baking sheets. Combine cake mix, eggs, oil and lemon juice in large bowl. Beat on low speed until well blended. Add nuts. Shape dough into 1-inch balls. Place 1-inch apart on prepared baking sheets. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 6 to 7 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool 1 minute on baking sheets. Remove to cooling racks. Sprinkle with confectioners sugar.
