Country Breakfast Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. each: hot and mild sausage
2 deep dish pie shells or 3 (9-inch) regular pie shells
2 c. grated cheese (I use 1 c. each of Cheddar and Swiss)
1/4 to 1/2 c. each: chopped green, red and yellow peppers
1 medium size onion, chopped fine
6 to 8 large eggs, lightly beaten
1 pt. half and half cream
Preparation

Cook sausage until done.
Crumble and drain.
Mix cheese and sausage and sprinkle into pie shells evenly.
Lightly beat eggs in bowl and add remaining ingredients.
Pour over sausage and cheese, being careful not to overflow.
