Pineapple Cranberry Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sifted flour
1 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 (8 1/4 oz.) can crushed pineapple
2 Tbsp. melted butter
1 egg, beaten
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1 1/2 c. coarsely chopped cranberries
Preparation

Sift together flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
Discard 2 tablespoons of pineapple syrup and mix remaining syrup and pineapple with melted butter and egg.
Stir into dry ingredients until just moistened.
Stir in pecans and cranberries.
