Mayonnaise - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 egg
2 Tbsp. white vinegar
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
dash of cayenne pepper
1 c. salad oil
Preparation

Place egg, vinegar, seasonings and 1/4 cup of oil in blender. Blend until smooth.
With blender running, slowly add remaining oil in steady stream until smooth.
Makes 1 1/3 cups.
