Zucchini Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

c. grated zucchini
3 c. sugar
1 c. nuts
1 1/2 c. oil
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
4 eggs
3 c. flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt

Preparation

Grease and flour pan.
Mix squash, sugar, oil and eggs. Combine dry ingredients.
Mix with squash mixture.
Bake in 2 pans at 300\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
