Apple Crumb Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 large apples
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. sugar
3/4 c. flour
1/3 c. butter
Preparation

Cut apples in eighths and arrange in 9-inch crust.
Mix 1/2 cup sugar with cinnamon and sprinkle over apples.
Sift 1/2 cup sugar with flour; cut in butter until crumbly.
Sprinkle over apples.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 40 to 50 minutes.
In order not to overbake crust edge, cover with strip of aluminum foil; remove last 10 minutes.
