Raisin Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    3 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. salt
    1 beaten egg
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1 c. chopped walnuts
    1 c. raisins
    2 Tbsp. melted shortening
Preparation
    Sift together dry ingredients.
    Combine egg and milk, mixing well.
    Add to first mixture, mixing thoroughly.
    Add nuts, raisins and shortening.
    Pour into greased bread pans.
    Let stand 30 minutes.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
