Zucchini Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 1/2 c. grated zucchini
    1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. cooking oil
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 c. Bisquick
    4 eggs
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Mix eggs, cooking oil, Bisquick, salt and pepper.
    Add zucchini, cheese and onion.
    Pour into 2-quart greased casserole. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until knife comes out clean.
