Cathedral Window Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick margarine
    12 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips
    2 c. powdered sugar
    2 beaten eggs
    1 pkg. miniature marshmallows (colored)
    1/2 c. nuts
Preparation
    Melt margarine and chocolate chips in saucepan.
    Add powdered sugar and beaten eggs.
    Stir well.
    Pour over marshmallows and nuts.
    Mix with fork.
    Shape into 2 or 3 long rolls.
    Roll in coconut on wax paper.
    Wrap in wax paper.
    Refrigerate overnight or until set.
    Slice.
    Makes 5 or 6 dozen.
