Pepperoni And Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. thin green pepper strips
    1 c. chopped onions
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    3/4 lb. pepperoni, sliced thin
    1 c. (16 oz.) tomatoes, cut up
    cooked pasta or rice
    grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    In a large skillet, saute green peppers and onions in butter until crisp-tender.
    Stir in pepperoni and cook 2 minutes.
    Serve over pasta or rice and top with grated cheese.
