Zucchini Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg, beaten slightly
    1 c. sour cream
    1 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
    1 1/2 c. zucchini, grated, cooked and cooled
    20 saltine crackers, crushed
    Parmesan cheese for topping
Preparation
    In bowl, put together ingredients as listed and let stand 15 minutes.
    Bake 25 to 30 minutes at 350\u00b0 in round cake or quiche pan or 8-inch square pan.
