Summer Corn Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cans whole kernel corn
1 bell pepper, chopped
1/3 c. green onions, chopped
1 large tomato, chopped
1/3 c. mayonnaise
pepper to taste
Preparation

Add mayonnaise and pepper to corn, tomato (be sure and remove seed), bell pepper and onions.
Refrigerate overnight and serve cold.
Best when home grown tomatoes are in season.
