Sarah'S Sour Cream Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. butter
    2 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking soda
    5 c. flour
    1 c. sour cream
    1/2 tsp. lemon extract
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Cream the butter and sugar until fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time. Beat 1 minute after each.
    Sift dry ingredients and add alternately with sour cream. Add lemon and vanilla.
    Chill dough several hours. Roll out on floured surface to desired thickness and cut out. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 8 to 10 minutes.
