Banana Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 ripe bananas
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
2 well beaten eggs
1/2 c. plus 1 Tbsp. milk
2 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Mash bananas.
Set aside.
Cream sugar and butter.
Add eggs and milk.
Mix flour, soda and salt.
Add to creamed mixture. Stir in bananas.
Line bottom of bread pan with waxed paper.
Do not grease or flour sides.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Insert knife in center of loaf to check when done.
Knife should come out \"clean.\"
Remove from pan and cool on rack.
