Pineapple Chicken Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks or tidbits
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges
1/2 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
2 tsp. prepared mustard
2 c. cooked chicken, shredded
1/2 c. thinly sliced celery
2 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
1/2 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
Preparation

Drain the pineapple and oranges; refrigerate overnight.
Mix all ingredients, but fruit.
Cover; refrigerate for several hours. Just before serving, add drained fruit.
Serve on lettuce. Serves 6 to 10.
