Zucchini Souffle - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 c. sliced zucchini, cooked in salted water
6 slices bacon, fried and crumbled
1 c. grated sharp cheese
2 eggs, separated
1 Tbsp. flour
1 c. sour cream
Preparation

Beat egg whites; set aside.
Beat yolks and combine with flour and sour cream.
Fold in egg whites.
Layer in buttered souffle dish:
zucchini, bacon, egg mixture and cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
