Ingredients

1 3/4 c. all-purpose flour
2 tsp. baking powder
3/4 c. sugar
3 (3 oz.) envelopes Nestle unsweetened baking chocolate
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 egg
1 c. finely chopped nuts, divided
Preparation

In small bowl, combine flour, baking powder and salt; set aside.
In large bowl, combine butter and sugar.
Beat until creamy.
Blend in Nestle Choco-Bake unsweetened baking chocolate flavor and vanilla extract.
Beat in egg and blend in flour mixture.
Sprinkle 1/2 cup nuts onto waxed paper.
Spread half the dough down center of nuts.
Lift up sides of waxed paper to shape dough into a log.
Wrap securely with aluminum foil.
Repeat with remaining 1/2 cup nuts and dough.
Chill in freezer up to 2 weeks.
