Zucchini Patties - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. sugar
3/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. sour cream
1 egg
1 Tbsp. oil
3 c. grated zucchini
1 medium onion, grated
pepper to taste

Preparation

Combine ingredients
until smooth. Drop by tablespoon in hot grease until brown.
Blot in paper towel.
