Apple Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. oil
    2 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    3 c. fresh chopped apples
    1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Cream oil, sugar and eggs for 5 minutes or beat until thick. Sift flour, cinnamon and nutmeg; add to mixture.
    Also, add apples and pecans.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
