Swedish Coffee Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. active dry yeast
    1/2 c. warm water (105~ to 115~)
    1 c. scalded milk
    1/2 c. butter
    1/2 c. sugar
    4 c. flour
    1 tsp. crushed cardamon
    4 egg yolks, beaten
Preparation
    Add butter, sugar and salt to scalded milk.
    Let cool to lukewarm.
    Measure warm water into large mixer bowl.
    Sprinkle in dry yeast and 1 tablespoon sugar.
    Stir until dissolved, add cardamon, lukewarm milk mixture, eggs and 3 cups flour.
    Beat until smooth.
    Stir in additional flour to make a smooth dough. Place in greased bowl, cover and let rise for 2 hours.
    Turn onto floured board and shape into rolls or braids.
    Place on slightly greased cookie sheet and let rise until double.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
