Sweet Potato Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 3/4 c. flour
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. cooked yams
    1/2 c. cooking oil
    1/3 c. water
    2 well beaten eggs
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
    1/2 c. chopped dates
Preparation
    Sift flour,
    soda,
    cinnamon,
    sugar and salt together, then add
    yams,\tcooking
    oil,
    water, eggs, pecans and dates. Grease and
    flour 2 (1 pound) coffee cans.
    Fill each one half full and bake
    1
    hour
    at 325\u00b0.
    Time will vary; may not take the entire hour.
    Remove from cans immediately.
