Poppy Seed Bread #2 - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 3/4 c. Bisquick
    1 1/4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 Tbsp. poppy seed
    1 beaten egg
    1 1/2 c. milk
Preparation
    Combine Bisquick, cheese and poppy seed.
    Add egg and milk; mix just enough to blend, then beat vigorously for 1 minute.
    Turn into a well-greased 9 1/2 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan.
    Sprinkle with additional poppy seed.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 50 to 60 minutes or until done.
    Remove from pan and let it cool in order for it to slice well.
