Seelbach'S Chocolate Chip Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 sticks plus 3 Tbsp. butter (room temperature)
    1 c. granulated sugar
    3/4 c. light brown sugar
    3 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 c. oatmeal
    1 1/2 c. cake flour
    1 1/2 c. bread flour
    16 oz. mint chocolate chips
    2 1/2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Cream butter; add granulated and brown sugars.
    Beat until light and fluffy.
    Add eggs one at a time, beating after each addition.
    Add vanilla and lemon juice.
    Stir to blend.
