Hamburger Gravy Over Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. browned ground beef
    5 heaping Tbsp. flour
    2 1/2 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    5 medium red potatoes, cut and cubed (skin on)
Preparation
    Over medium heat, combine the ground beef, milk and margarine in a large saucepan.
    Stir in flour.
    Cook until thickened.
    Serve over hot potatoes.
