Supreme Zucchini Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3 c. self-rising flour
    1 c. oil
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. each: cinnamon, nutmeg and cloves
    2 c. shredded zucchini
    1 c. coconut
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Cream oil and sugar, then add eggs, 1 at a time.
    Mix dry ingredients and enough zucchini to mix easy.
    Remove from mixer. Add remaining zucchini, coconut and nuts.
    Pour in a greased and floured Bundt cake pan (do not use oil sprays).
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes.
