Health Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 peppers (6 red and 6 green)
    6 lb. cabbage
    6 carrots
    3 large onions
    1 Tbsp. celery seed
    1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
    3 pt. vinegar
    2 lb. sugar
    1 c. salt
Preparation
    Grind peppers, cabbage, carrots and onions.
    Add celery seed, mustard, vinegar, sugar and salt; mix well.
    Let set for 2 hours; jar.
