Pineapple Banana Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 C. sifted flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 C. sugar
1 tsp. salt
2 C. diced bananas
1 1/2 C. oil
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
3 eggs
1 - 8 oz. can crushed pineapple and juice

Preparation

Measure the dry ingredients and sift them together.
Dice the bananas and add them to the dry ingredients along with the oil, vanilla, eggs and crushed pineapple with juice.
Stir to blend, but do not beat.
