Diet Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. yeast
    1/2 c. warm water
    1 1/2 c. low sodium milk
    3 tsp. sugar
    4 Tbsp. unsalted shortening
    6 c. flour
Preparation
    Soften dry yeast in warm water.
    In saucepan warm milk; stir in sugar and shortening.
    Add yeast and mix well.
    Work in flour. Shape in a ball and place in a greased bowl.
    Cover; let rise in warm place for 1 1/2 hours.
    Punch down and let rise again, about greased 9 x 4 x 3-inch loaf pans.
    Cover and let rise about 1 hour.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for about 45 minutes.
